The ultimate rock solid system for setting the system up once and  forgetting about it is the Gibralter fixed Az-El mount.  This unit has the dual elevation bars to lock it in   Elevation and the 3/4" set screws to lock the Azimuth.  Once set it becomes Rock Solid.  If you do need to manually change satellites the process is very simple and will take one man less than 30 minutes.  The adjusting of both the elevation and azimuth movements is simplicity itself.  Both can be adjusted with only one man and some wrenches.  Of course, the usual pointing tools will be required.
